Shipping Policy

• Smaller items are shipped using courier companies.

• For larger or bulkier items (pizza ovens, large accesories), we offer bulk freight shipping.

Return Policy

Free Returns

• If you change your mind and the item is unused and in original packaging, you have up to 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Grocery products cannot be returned.
• Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver Ooni ovens to PO boxes or parcel lockers due to size and weight restrictions.   

How do I initiate a return?

For us to accept a return, you must contact us first to authorise the return before sending. Include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:

• Your original order number
• The condition of your item
• The number of parcels that you would like to return
• The reason for your return

Pre-ordered items will ship when the pre-order is ready to dispatch.
