A richly-flavoured pesto prepared with sundried tomato, fresh herbs and a real kick of chilli.

Simply serve as a topping for crostini or bruschetta or add a tablespoon to your favourite pasta sauce, pizza, risotto or paella or as a flavour boost to any braise.
