Sabato Pesto alla Genovese

This is genuine sweet basil pesto with Pecorino Romano and Grana Padano cheeses, pine nuts and cashews. It is wonderfully fresh tasting.

Fantastic on crostini, in sandwiches or as part of an antipasto platter. Toss through pasta, add to risotto or grain-based dishes or serve with soups.

Olive oil, sunflower oil, Genoese basil D.O.P. (26%), Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from egg), Pecorino Romano cheese (milk, salt, rennet), garlic, cashew nuts, salt, pine nuts, vegetable fibre, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
